Stumbras AB - Notification on material event

Stumbras AB sales in the month of January 2009 and information concerning taxes

Stumbras AB production sales were LTL 1.79 million (EUR 0.52 million) in the
month of January 2009.  Sales of alcoholic beverages decreased by 79.8 %
compared to LTL 8.88 million (EUR 2.57 million) in sales during same period of
the previous year. 

Company also informs, that on 4th of February 2009, during the Associations of
Companies Trading in Alcoholic Beverages press conference, some amounts of
Company's taxes or / and employee numbers may be announced. Therefore, this
information is attached to this notice.
