separate Corporate Governance Statement 2011.

The Annual Report includes the financial statements, the report of the Board of
Directors and the annual summary of the company announcements in 2011.

The Corporate Governance Statement 2011 is given as a separate report from the
report of the Board of Directors.

The Annual Report 2011 and the Corporate Governance Statement 2011 are attached
to this release in PDF-format and are also available on the company's website at
