Notification on the acquisition of voting rights

On 12 October 2011 company group ALITA AB received the notification of R&R
Invest IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius on the acquisition of voting rights.
The threshold that was crossed - 95%, the reason for crossing the threshold -
increase of the authorised capital of the company according to the decisions of
the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of 3 October 2011 (date of
conclusion of the share subscription agreement - 6 October 2011), as well as
the arrangements of current shareholders of the company FR&R Invest IGA S.A.
and Vytautas Junevičius of 7 September 2011 in connection therewith.
