BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF DONE SOLUTIONS CORPORATION

The AGM of Done Solutions Corporation has today elected the following persons
to the Board of Directors of Done Solutions Corporation: 

Timo Mänty (b. 1960), M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.)

Mr. Timo Mänty, M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Adm.) is President of Rautakirja
Corporation, Head of the Sanoma Trade division and a member of Sanoma's
Executive Management Group. He joined Sanoma Trade in 1990, first holding the
posts of Vice President in Suomalainen Kirjakauppa (bookstores) and Director in
Press Distribution, among others. Since 1996, he has been Senior Vice
President, Movie operations, and Managing Director of Finnkino Oy. 

In addition to his career in Sanoma Trade, Mänty has worked at Hartwall Ltd as
Senior Vice President, Marketing and Exports as well as Managing Director of
Mallasjuoma Oy and in various sales and marketing positions with Unilever
Finland. 

Jyri Merivirta (b. 1963), LL.M.

Mr Jyri Merivirta is a private investor, previously involved in various
corporate consultancy and investment duties at Conventum Oyj during 1996-2003,
at Prospectus Oy during 1994-1996, and at Kansallis-Osake-Pankki during
1989-1993. He has sat on Done Corporation's Board of Directors since October 1,
2001, and was a member of Digital Open Network Environment Corporation Done's
Board of Directors before the company demerged. 

Pekka Tammela (b. 1962), M.Sc. (Econ. & Bus. Admin.), APA

Mr Tammela is a partner in Pajamaa Partners Oy. He served in various managerial
posts in 1999-2006, such as CFO of Solteq Corporation and Panostaja Corporation
and a senior manager in KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Before 1999, he worked
as an Authorized Public Accountant. He has sat on Done's Board since April 3,
2007.
