Change of Dovre Group's Head of Consulting

On June 17, 2011, Dovre Group announced the appointment of Therese Hindman
Persson as Executive Vice President, Consulting division, effective as of
September 2011. Unfortunately, Mrs Hindman Persson has decided that she will
not be able to assume the position. 

Dovre Group appointed Mrs Hindman Persson to lead the Group's Consulting
division with specific focus on developing the Group's consulting business in
the energy sector, one of the elements of the Group's growth strategy announced
in February 2011. The Group's strategy remains valid, and we will immediately
start searching for a new Head of Consulting. The focus of the role remains the
same. In the meantime, the company CEO will act as Head of Consulting.
