Equity of the parent company of Tecnotree Group turned negative

According to the preliminary interim report of the Tecnotree Group for the
first half of 2015, it is concluded that the equity of Tecnotree Oyj, the
parent company of the Group, is negative. The Board of Directors of the company
has concluded the loss of the equity and is filing the corresponding notice to
the Trade Register. However, the equity of the Group is clearly positive. The
company will disclose its interim report for the first half of 2015 on 13
August 2015. 

The district court of Espoo decided on 9 March 2015 to commence the corporate
restructuring proceedings concerning Tecnotree Oyj in accordance with the Act
on Restructuring of Enterprises. A draft restructuring program shall be
submitted to the district court of Espoo by 30 September 2015. If the court
approves a restructuring program and cutting of the debt, the equity of
Tecnotree Oyj will improve.
