ANNOUNCEMENT OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES

The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Oyj hold by AS Harju Elekter  
has decreased the limit of one tenth (1/10) on May 15, 2007. Following the sale 
AS Harju Elekter owns 1,580,003 PKC Group Oyj shares, which means 8,9 % share of
votes.                                                                          

The amount of shares of PKC Group Oyj on May 15, 2007 totalled in  17,781,522.  
The company has one series of shares.
