Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

Decision of the Court of Appeal of Lithuania with regard to restructuring proceeding of AB “Agrowill Group”

AB “Agrowill Group” informs that Court of Appeal of Lithuania annulled decision
of the Vilnius regional court to initiate restructuring proceeding to AB
“Agrowill Group” and decided to deliver case back to Vilnius regional court for
repeat proceeding.
