The  Outokumpu Group will publish the 2010 Annual Accounts Bulletin on Wednesday
February 2, 2011 at 9.00 am EET.

A  combined news  conference, conference  call and  live webcast  concerning the
annual accounts 2010 will be held on February 2, 2011 at 1.00 pm EET (6.00 am US
