CHANGE OF ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT'S NAME AND INCREASE OF SHARE CAPITAL HAVE BEEN
REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER 



The amendment of section 1 of Orava Residential REIT plc's articles of
association concerning the trade name approved by the Company's annual general
meeting on 19 March 2015 has been entered in the Trade Register. Therefore, the
Company's trade name is as of 31 March 2015 in Finnish Orava Asuntorahasto Oyj,
in Swedish Orava Bostadsfond Abp and in English Orava Residential REIT plc. The
amendment has a corresponding effect on section 1 of the rules for real estate
investment operations. 

The 5,000 shares directed by the Company to Nordea Bank Finland Plc in February
2015 in order to launch the liquidity providing service of new shares that do
not entitle to dividends in 2015, the 39,952 shares directed by the Company to
Orava Funds plc as a payment of the result-based management fee, and the
350,995 shares assigned by the Company in accordance with the convertible loan
agreements made between 10 December 2014 and 13 February 2015 have been entered
into the items of the Company's shareholders' equity. The increase of the share
capital is EUR 4.0 million, in addition to which EUR 0.5 million was entered
into the reserve for unrestricted invested equity. 

After the increases, the Company's share capital will amount to EUR
60,335,570.00.
