MARTELA'S CO-OPERATION NEGOTIATIONS IN KITEE CONCLUDED

Martela initiated a statutory co-operation negotiations on 13 January 2015
concerning blue collar employees in Martela's logistics center in Nummela and
all employees in Kidex Oy in Kitee. Martela concluded co-operation negotiations
in Nummela logistic center on 3 February 2015. Negotiations in Kidex Oy has
been concluded today. 

As a result of the negotiations in Kidex Oy it has been decided to dismiss 13
employees. In addition it has been decided in Kidex Oy about temporary lay-offs
which are maximum 90 days.
