Regarding the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania

On March 2, 2009 the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania issued a
ruling on the case Regarding the Compliance of Provisions of Articles 8, 10, 11
of the Law on the Nuclear Plant and Article 19 of the Law on the Management,
Operation and Disposal of State and Municipal Assets with the Constitution of
the Republic of Lithuania.
