ELISA'S TRANSFER OF COMPANY'S OWN SHARES

ELISA STOCK EXHANGE RELEASE 12 FEBRUARY 2010 AT 9.30 am

Basis for disposal: Based on the Board of Directors' decision, Elisa will
transfer on 1 March 2010 the shares to persons involved in the 2009 incentive
program.According to the rules of the performance share plan there are
restrictions imposed on the shares untill 31 December 2011.

After the transfer, company holds a total of 10,531,996 Elisa shares.
