CHANGE IN ALDATA'S EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Aldata Solution Oyj has appointed Group Controller Graham Howell as
the company's new Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the
Executive Management Team. He reports to CEO Bertrand Sciard.

Former CFO Thomas Hoyer has moved on to new responsibilities outside
the company. Mr. Hoyer has agreed to remain of assistance to the
company during the hand-over period.
