Notification on the acquisition of voting rights

Company group ALITA AB received the notification of UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS”
on the acquisition of voting rights. The threshold that was crossed - 95%, the
reason for crossing the threshold - the acquisition of shares of the company
according to Share Sale-Purchase Agreements, on 25 September 2014 concluded by
UAB “MINERALINIAI VANDENYS” and the shareholders of the company: FR&R Invest
IGA S.A. and Vytautas Junevičius (date of completion of the transaction - 5
December 2014).
