Finnair will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2012 on Friday
February 8, 2013. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Finnair Plc is planned to
be held on Wednesday March 27, 2013. 

The Board of Directors will issue the notice to convene the AGM later.
Shareholders have a right to put on the agenda of the AGM items that are within
the competence of the general meeting. A shareholder must declare his or her
demands in writing to Finnair Plc's Board of Directors on Wednesday February 6,
2013 at the latest. Such a demand shall be sent by mail to address Finnair Plc
/ Legal department, PL 15, 01053 Finnair, Finland, or by email to
agm@finnair.com. 

Finnair will publish its Financial Report for year 2012 and Sustainability
Report for year 2012 in March 2013 in week 10. 

Finnair will publish three interim reports in 2013 as follows:

  -- The interim report for January 1-March 31, 2013 will be published on
     Friday, April 26, 2013.
  -- The interim report for January 1-June 30, 2013 will be published on
     Wednesday, August 14, 2013.
  -- The interim report for January 1-September 30, 2013 will be published on
     Friday, October 25, 2013.

found on the company website at www.finnairgroup.com.
