SOCIETE GENERALE HAS CORRECTED THE PARITY OF THE TURBOS ON DOW JONES EURO STOXX
50 INDEX LISTED ON 13 MAY 2008 

Societe Generale has corrected the defective parity from 200 to 100 of the
Turbos on Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 Index listed on the Helsinki Stock Ex-change
(HEX) on 13 May 2008. Due to the correction these Turbos have been unavailable
for trading but the trading in the Turbos may begin as of to-morrow, 15 May
2008. Societe Generale has updated the Final Terms of these Turbos published on
12 May 2008 accordingly. 

The updated Final Terms are available, together with the Listing Particu-lars
of the warrant program approved by the Finnish Financial Supervision Authority
on 15 June 2007 and consisting in addition to the Final Terms of the Base
Prospectus and the Supplements approved by the Finnish Financial Supervision
Authority on 15 November 2007, 30 January 2008 and 18 March 2008, as of 14 May
2008 at the Societe Generale website at www.sglistedproducts.fi, at the office
of the HEX at Fabianinkatu 14, Hel-sinki and at the office of the Paying agent
at Nordea Bank Finland Plc at Aleksis Kiven katu 3-5, Helsinki.
