Changes in Outokumpu's Leadership Team: Marc-Simon Schaar appointed as CFO

Marc-Simon Schaar (M.Sc. International Business, Chartered Accountant) has been
appointed as Chief Financial Officer as of June 1, 2024. He has been working at
Outokumpu since 2011 in senior roles in Business Controlling, Treasury, M&A and
Procurement, most recently as Chief Procurement Officer and a member of the
leadership team since 2023.
