ESA RAUTALINKO, M.SC. (ECON.), APPOINTED AS THE NEW PRESIDENT AND CEO OF        
HONKARAKENNE OYJ                                                                

Esa Rautalinko, M.Sc. (Econ.), 46 years old, has been appointed as the new      
President and CEO of Honkarakenne Oyj. Rautalinko will assume the position on   
the 1st of November 2009.                                                       
Rautalinko joins Honkarakenne from TeliaSonera Finland Plc, where he has served 
as President and Country Manager and Head of Mobility Services Finland. His     
previous positions include Development Director Nordic at the brewing company   
Scottish & Newcastle and Marketing and Exports Director at Hartwall.

Risto Kilkki, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, will serve as Esa     
Rautalinko's deputy at Honkarakenne Oyj.
