Chapter 9 Section 5: Redarnas Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag holding in Exel
Composites Plc exceeds 5 per cent 

Exel Composites Plc (business ID 1067292-7) has today 10 June 2014 received a
disclosure under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according
to which the holding of Redarnas Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag (business
ID0145065-2) has exceeded 5 per cent of the voting rights and share capital in
Exel Composites Plc. 

Through share transactions concluded on 9 June 2014, the holding of Redarnas
Ömsesidiga Försäkringsbolag is 847,098 shares, representing 7.12 per cent of
the shares and voting rights of the Company.
