TECHNOPOLIS FINANCIAL FORECAST FOR 2008 AND SCHEDULE FOR PUBLISHING FINANCIAL INFORMATION

The management of Technopolis estimates that in 2008 both consolidated net
sales and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and
amortization) will grow by 16-20 % compared with 2007, provided that the
Kuopion Teknologiakeskus Teknia Oy share transaction is closed according to
plan by the end of February 2008. 

Technopolis will publish its financial statements for 2007 on Thursday, January
31, 2008, at 8.30 a.m. (Finnish time). The company's printed annual report will
appear in week 11 (the week beginning March 10, 2008). The Annual General
Meeting of Technopolis Plc will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2008. The
1-3/2008 interim report will be published on April 22, 2008, the 1-6/2008
interim report on July 18, 2008, and the 1-9/2008 interim report on October 21,
2008.
