Aspocomp Group Plc, Company Announcement, December 22, 2011 at 9.00 a.m.

A total of 1,305,410 new Aspocomp shares have been registered with the trade
register today on 22 December 2011. Following the registration, the total
number of Aspocomp shares is 63,484,890 shares. 

Trading in the new shares alongside the existing shares will commence on 23
December 2011.
