CORRECTION TO IXONOS STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE ON 1 JUNE 2010: 
Ixonos announces the terms of its approx. Eur 6.1 Million rights issue 

Ixonos published a stock exchange release on 1 June 2010 about the terms of its
approx. EUR 6.1 million rights issue. 

On the text of the release it read that “Shareholders who are registered on the
company's shareholder list on the record date, 4 June 2010, are entitled to
subscribe for seven shares for each four shares Owned.” The correct
subscription ratio is seven (7) existing shares entitle the holder to subscribe
for four (4) new shares, as mentioned in the bullet points in the beginning of
the release.
