Nokian Renkaat Oyj:n vuonna 2014 erääntyvän vaihtovelkakirjalainan järjestäjä,  
Nomura International plc on käyttänyt kokonaisuudessaan Nokian Renkaat Oyj:n    
sille myöntämän 19,6 miljoonan euron määräisen yliallokointioption. 19,6        
miljoonan euron suuruinen lisälaina tullaan käyttämään pelkästään ylikysynnän   
kattamiseksi. Yliallokointioption käyttämisen jälkeen vaihtovelkakirjalainan    
määrä on yhteensä 150 miljoonaa euroa.
