Perlos - Changes board/management/auditors

THE DECISIONS OF PERLOS CORPORATION S EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

PERLOS CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 NOVEMBER 2007

The extraordinary general meeting of Perlos Corporation was held
today, on 15 November 2007, in Vantaa. The extraordinary general
meeting decided to confirm the number of the board members to be five
(5) and elected the board members as well as the chairman and two (2)
deputy chairmen of the board of directors.

The extraordinary general meeting decided that Mr. Andreas Tallberg
continues as a member of the board of directors and elected four new
members to the board of directors: Mr. Raymond Soong, Mr. Warren
Chen, Mr. David Lin and Mr. Cor Saris.

In addition, Mr. Raymond Soong was elected as chairman of the board
of directors and Mr. Warren Chen and Mr. Andreas Tallberg were
elected as deputy chairmen of the board of directors.

Further, it was noted that Mr. Timo Leinilä, Mr. Jukka Rinnevaara,
Mr. Kari Vuorialho and Mr. Tapio Walldén who were board members until
today's extraordinary general meeting, had submitted their
resignations.

The minutes of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will
be available for shareholders in the head office of Perlos
Corporation on 19 November 2007 at the latest.
