RELEASE OF MARIMEKKO'S INTERIM REPORT, 1 JANUARY - 30 JUNE 2008                 

Marimekko Corporation's Interim Report, 1 January - 30 June 2008, will be       
released on Thursday, 21 August 2008 at 8.30 a.m. A briefing for the media and  
analysts will be held in Marimekko's store in the Kämp Galleria Shopping Mall,  
Pohjoisesplanadi 31, Helsinki, at 9.00 a.m.
