Lietuvos Energija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding Signing of Agreement With NDX Energija UAB

On December 4, 2009 the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and NDX
Energija UAB signed the agreement regarding the liquidation of LEO LT AB and
voiding of agreements of establishment of the national investment company.
Subject to this agreement the Government of the Republic of Lithuania
essentially has become the sole shareholder of LEO LT AB. 
LEO LT AB owns 96.4 per cent of Lietuvos Energija AB shares.
