Regarding Liquidation of LEO LT AB

LEO LT AB, which by right of ownership owns 664 700 833 (six hundred sixty four
million seven hundred and eight hundred thirty three) shares of Lietuvos
Energija AB, on January 4, 2009 announced that on December 31, 2009 a
resolution, taken on December 30, 2009 by the sole shareholder of LEO LT AB to
liquidate LEO LT AB, took force.
