Change to Disclosure Date of January - June 2011 Interim Report

Elcoteq SE changes the disclosure date of the January-June 2011 Interim Report
to Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at approximately 9:00 am (EET), instead of the
previously announced Wednesday, July 20, 2011.

The remaining date for financial reporting in 2011 will remain unchanged. Thus,
Elcoteq will publish the January - September Interim Report 2011 on Wednesday,
October 26 at approximately 9:00 am (EET).
