Grigiskes AB - Notification on material event

Not audited results of 2009

In 2009 the Group which consists of Grigiskes AB and daughter enterprise
Baltwood UAB and fulfilled the objectives set and achieved a profit growth
forecast. The Group reached a turnover of LTL 118,9 mln. (EUR 34,4 mln.) and
earned a profit of LTL 3,3 mln. (EUR 0,96 mln.) before taxes. 
JSC Grigiskes reached a turnover of LTL 109,7 mln. (EUR 31,8 mln.) and earned a
profit of LTL 3,7 mln. (EUR 1,1 mln.) before taxes. 
In complicated year 2009 the successful operation results of the Group were
reached due to special attention payed to a sanitary and domestic paper
production and marketing. 
The past year has been extremely useful in cooperation with Scandinavian
partners. Grigiskes AB won the major Danish company contest of toilet paper and
paper towels produce. We are glad that today the “Grite” products can be bought
not only in the Baltic countries but also in Sweden, Poland, Germany, Belarus
and Russia.
