DELIVERY OF THE TIA SOLUTION FOR MUTUAL & FEDERAL INSURANCE

Affecto  has signed a frame agreement with Mutual & Federal Insurance  Company
Limited of South Africa for the implementation of next phase of their ERP, the
TIA solution.

Mutual  &  Federal is going to order the project in phases. The  size  of  the
current  first  phase  is  estimated to be approx.  2  million  euro  and  the
estimated duration is 14 months.
