MARTIN PAASI APPOINTED CEO OF AMANDA CAPITAL PLC                                
The Board of Directors of Amanda Capital Plc has appointed Martin Paasi, M.Sc.  
(Econ.), CEFA, CEO of the company. He will take over the responsibility as      
9.3.2009.                                                                       

Paasi (born 1972) joins Amanda Capital from the position of CEO of East Capital 
Asset Management. He has been working for East Capital Asset Management since   
2006. Prior to that Paasi worked as CEO of Seligson & Co Fund Management        
Company.
