PROHA'S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2010

During the calendar year of 2010, Proha Plc will publish the following
financial reports: 

- The full year Financial Statements for 2009 on Monday, February 15, 2010
- Interim Report January - March 2010 (Q1) on Tuesday, April 27, 2010
- Interim Report January - June 2010 (Q2) on Friday, July 30, 2010
- Interim Report January - September 2010 (Q3) on Thursday, October 28, 2010

Proha Annual Report 2009 will be published on March 3, 2010.

Proha Plc's Annual General Meeting 2010 will be held on
Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 1 p.m. in Helsinki. Meeting place to be announced
later.
