Kotipizza Group's subsidiary Helsinki Foodstock is to continue providing
distribution services to the SUBWAY restaurant chain in Finland

Helsinki Foodstock Oy ("Helsinki Foodstock"), a sourcing and logistics operator
wholly owned by Kotipizza Group Oyj ("Kotipizza Group") has received a letter of
intent from EIPC Limited, a non-profit making organization owned by SUBWAY
Franchisees in Europe, confirming the intention to extend Helsinki Foodstock's
current contract to provide distribution services to the Subway restaurants in
Finland. Helsinki Foodstock will continue to be responsible for managing the
supply chain from suppliers to restaurants.

The final agreement is not estimated to have a material effect on Kotipizza
Group's earnings in 2015.

EIPC, formed in 2001, was set up to enable SUBWAY Franchisees to gain from the
financial and service discounts that come from purchasing and supplying products
in large volumes.

Helsinki Foodstock offers sourcing, logistics and other services to the hotel,
restaurant and catering industry and the food industry, as well as innovative
food products to the retail sector. The company's major clients include the
restaurants in the Kotipizza chain, Espresso House coffee shops operating in
Finland, as well as Rolls restaurants.
