TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

TEO LT, AB sold shares of UAB Voicecom

On 19 December 2008 TEO LT, AB (hereinafter TEO or “the Company”) signed an
agreement with the company not related to TEO Group on sales of 100 per cent
stake in TEO subsidiary UAB Voicecom. The title to the shares in UAB Voicecom
will be transferred on 31 December 2008. 

UAB Voicecom has the permission to use the national network of mobile analogue
cellular radio communication of the NMT-450 standard. Permission is extended
till the end of April 2009.
