INTERAVANTI OYJ WILL SELL ITS SHARES IN LIPPUPISTE OY

INTERAVANTI OYJ COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT	22.9.2008 at 13.28 

Interavanti has agreed to sell its 65 % ownership in Lippupiste Oy to CTS       
Eventim AG (56,1 %) and to the managing director of Lippupiste Oy Ari Palhamo   
(8,9 %).                                                                        

The sale will be finalized in late September/ early October and the purchase    
price will be paid in two parts. 3,3 M€ will be paid when the sale is finalized
and minimum 2,6 M€ in the year 2012. The final purchase price can be higher 
provided that the profit development will be higher than expected.              

Interavanti's sales profit accrued in this sale will be 5,8 M€.                 

CTS Eventim AG will, at the same time, buy CardPlus Oy, the owner of 30 % of    
Lippupiste Oy, and the remaining 5 % of the shares owned by Sport & Live Vision 
Oy.
