NOTICE OF HOLDING CHANGES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 2,SECTION 10 OF THE
SECURITIES MARKET ACT 



Amanda Capital Plc has today received the following notice of holding changes
in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act: 



Amanda Capital Plc has published with a Stock Exchange Release that  Amanda
Capital Plc has today agreed to join forces with eQ Asset Management Group and
Advium Corporate Finance Ltd. The holding of Veikko Laine Oy (business ID
0110592-0) in Amanda Capital Plc will go under 1/10, if the arrangement is
successful and the shares from the directed share issue are entered in the
trade register. The arrangement is in force until March 31 2011 if nothing else
is agreed. 



Veikko Laine Oy owns today 3 187 000 shares in Amanda Capital Plc wich
represent 14.00 % of the shares and votes. 



Amanda Capital Plc has today 22 767 746 shares. If the merger and directed
share issue will materialize Amanda's number of shares will increase by 10 302
605 new shares. 



If the merger arrangement, mentioned in the stock exchange release, would
materialize it would result in a decrease in Veikko Laine Oy´s ownership inAmanda Capital Plc from 14.00 % to 9.64%. 



According to the notice Veikko Laine Oy is involved in structuring of Amanda
Capital's personnel's issue of 2006. This structure gives the above mentioned
company a privilege to buy shares issued in the personnel's issue in certain
situations. If Veikko Laine Oy would exercise its right (1 353 211 shares)
alone, its ownership in Amanda Capital would increase by 4.09% from 9.64 % to
13.73 %.The privilege to buy shares is in force until further notice.
