Concerning the appointment of the chairman of the Management Board of the company

    We hereby inform that on 16 July 2013 the Management Board  of Klaipėdos
baldai, AB, code 140656052, registered at Joniškės st. 21, Klaipėda
(hereinafter, the “Company”), adopted the following decision: 

  -- to elect Gintautas Vitkevičius as the chairman of the Management Board of
     the company.
