TECTIA CORPORATION EXPECTS ITS NET RESULT FOR THE FULL YEAR 2010 TO BE NEGATIVE

Tectia Corporation expects its full year 2010 net sales to remain at the same
level or slight growth from last year. Full year 2010 net result is expected to
be negative but improve compared to 2009. The lowered sales expectation is
mainly due to lengthened customer decisions. 

Earlier the company estimated its fiscal year 2010 net sales to grow from 2009
and expected the net result to be positive. 

The company continues taking measures to improve its efficiency by increasing
sales and marketing activities through certified channel partners. At the same
time company will continue to further optimize its operations.
