SYSOPENDIGIA Plc STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 31 December 2007 
ANNOUNCEMENT UNDER THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 
We hereby announce that SYSOPENDIGIA Plc has been notified, in accordance with 
Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, of changes in the 
company's ownership: 

1. Nordea Bank AB 

Nordea Bank AB (publ) has on December 28, 2007 informed SYSOPENDIGIA that
deviating from announcement made by SYSOPENDIGIA on September 25, 2007
concerning the changes in the company's ownership, Nordea Bank AB has continued
the forward contracts which would have become due on December 2007 and that the
ownership share in SYSOPENDIGIA's shares and votes by its subsidiary Nordea
Pankki Suomi Oyj is still over 1/20. Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj owns now 1.180.233
shares of SYSOPENDIGIA and the ownership share of Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj is at
the moment 5.8%. 
Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has also 4,000 put options for SYSOPENDIGIA's shares.
One put option entitles to sell 100 pcs of SYSOPENDIGIA's shares to a certain
price by 15 February 2008. When the put options realise, the ownership share of
Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj in SYSOPENDIGIA's shares and votes shall decrease under
1/20. 

Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has also made forward contracts as communicated
earlier. Now current forward contracts will become due in February 2008 being
equal to 8,068 forwards (806,800 shares). After the forward contracts become
due in February 2008, the ownership share of Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj in
SYSOPENDIGIA's shares and votes shall decrease under 1/20. 

Nordea Pankki Suomi Oyj has acquired the shares of SYSOPENDIGIA in relation to
its market maker business. 

2. Pekka Päivio Sivonen
Pekka Päiviö Sivonen has informed SYSOPENDIGIA that he has continued the
forward contracts which would have become due in December 2007. After the
forward contracts become due the ownership share of Sivonen in SYSOPENDIGIA's
shares and votes will increase over 1/5. 

Currently Pekka Sivonen owns 2,826,213 SYSOPENDIGIA Plc's shares. After the
forward contracts, being equal to 2,256,800 shares, become due in 15 February
2008 the ownership share of Pekka Sivonen in SYSOPENDIGIA's shares and votes
will increase to 5,083,013 shares corresponding to 24.97 % of SYSOPENDIGIA's
shares and votes. 

The share capital of SYSOPENDIGIA Plc comprises in total EUR 2,035,950.00 and 
20,359,500 shares.
