2013 the General Meeting of Shareholders of public company Lietuvos energija,
AB approved the Financial Statements of Lietuvos energija, AB and the
Consolidated Financial Statements of Lietuvos energija, AB and Its Subsidiaries
for the year ended on 31 December 2012, audited by PricewaterhouseCooper UAB,
the Company‘s auditor (appended). 

The Company also prepared Report on Annual Performance and Corporate Social
Responsibility 2012 (appended).
