We, Nordea Bank Danmark A/S, shall hereby on behalf of the issuer, The
Government of the Faroe Islands, inform that total nominal amount of the Notes
will be DKK 1,900,000,000. 

The issue price of the Notes to be issued on 10 June 2009 will be 94,76.
