Notification on a change in holdings

Affecto Plc has received from Evli Pankki Oyj a notification, pursuant to
chapter 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding
of shares by Evli Pankki and funds managed by Evli Rahastoyhtiö in Affecto Plc
has decreased below 5% of Affecto Plc's share capital and voting rights. The
notification includes ownership of both shares and option rights.
