MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT HK RUOKATALO AND LSO FOODS AT 1 JANUARY 2008

MANAGEMENT CHANGES AT HK RUOKATALO AND LSO FOODS AT 1 JANUARY 2008

Mr Tero Hemmilä, M.Sc. (Agr. & For.), has been appointed senior vice president
in charge of the meat business at HK Ruokatalo Oy. Mr Hemmilä transfers to his
new post from the position of managing director at LSO Foods Oy held by him
since 1998. Mr Timo Hietanen, M.Sc. (Food Sci.) resumes the post of production
director in the meat business. 

Mr Veikko Kemppi, M.Sc. (Agr. & For.), has been appointed managing director of
LSO Foods Oy, the subsidiary in charge of HK Ruokatalo's pork and beef
procurement and producer relations. Mr Kemppi also retains the post of primary
production director in HK Ruokatalo's poultry business held by him since 2005. 

The management team of HK Ruokatalo as of 1 January 2008 comprises Jari Leija,
managing director; Antti Lauslahti, executive vice president of commercial and
marketing operations; Tero Hemmilä, senior vice president, meat business; Esa
Mäki, senior vice president, poultry business; Samuli Eskola, senior vice
president, processed meat and convenience food business; Jyrki Sukula, creative
director; and an employee group representative to named at a later date.
