Announcement Regarding Processing of Accounting Records of Joint-stock Company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA and Joining of Shares to Older Issue

The joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA, a company established and
functioning under laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code
220551550, address of registered head-office Žvejų g. 14, LT-09310 Vilnius
(hereinafter - the Company), data about the company are collected and stored in
the Legal Entities Register, hereby informs, that having completed the
procedure of increasing of authorized capital of the Company, on September 15,
2010, the accounting records of ordinary registered shares of the Company were
processed and to the older issue of ordinary registered shares, the size of
which was 689 515 435 ordinary registered shares, a new issue of 304 098 871
ordinary registered shares was joined. 

Since September 15, 2010, the shares issue of the Company consists of 993 614
306 (nine hundred ninety three million six hundred fourteen thousand three
hundred and six) ordinary registered shares with the nominal value of LTL 1
(one litas). 

We hereby inform that the joined emissions provide shareholders of the Company
with equal asset and non-asset rights.  After the joining of issues the VP ISIN
code remains unchanged - LT0000117681.
