Concerning the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings of UAB A.L.D.

AB, code 302444238, Miškininkų St. 17, LT-62220, Alytus. 

On 8 December 2010, the Įmonių grupė ALITA, AB notified that the State Social
Insurance Fund Board SODRA, and UAB Vilniaus alus had filed petitions to the
Vilnius Regional Court concerning the initiation of bankruptcy proceedings of
the subsidiary UAB A.L.D. The Court by its ruling awarded the petitions and
decided to: 

1. Initiate the bankruptcy proceeding of the defendant UAB A.L.D. (company's
code 151461114, registered office address Goštauto St. 12a, Vilnius); 

2. Appoint Janina Lapėnienė to act as the bankruptcy administrator of UAB
A.L.D. (bankruptcy administrator certificate No. 715b, address S.Stanevičiaus
St. 34-39, Vilnius). 

The Decision of the Court has come into effect and further the activities of
the subsidiary UAB A.L.D. shall be subject to the provisions of the Law on
Enterprise Bankruptcy of the Republic of Lithuania.
