Regarding the Transfer of the Shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos Owned by the State

Lietuvos Dujos, hereby informs that the Ministry of Energy, implementing 12
February 2014 Resolution No 120 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania
On Investing the State Property and Increasing the Companies' Authorised
Capital, by the transfer-acceptance deed of 20 February 2014, has transferred
to the Ministry of Finance to be managed, used and disposed of by the right of
trust 51,454,638 non-material ordinary registered shares of AB Lietuvos Dujos,
the nominal value of each of which is equal to LTL 1 and which grant 17.7 per
cent of votes at the general meeting of shareholders of AB Lietuvos Dujos,
which belong to the state by the right of ownership.
