Ramirent Plc has today published its Annual Report 2014, both in English and
Finnish, attached as PDF files to this release. Files are available in the same
format also on www.ramirent.com. 

The report includes the Financial Statements for the financial year 2014, the
Board of Directors' report and the Auditors' report. The Annual Report also
provides information on Ramirent's strategy, segment operations and operating
environment. 

Attached to this release is also an updated Remuneration statement 2014 due to
a correction in the paragraph on remuneration of the President and CEO.
