LISTING PROSPECTUS FOR ELEMATIC OYJ'S EUR 35 MILLION BOND AVAILABLE

On  30 May 2014 Elematic Oyj  issued a EUR  35 million fixed rate senior secured
bond  with  maturity  of  four  (4)  years  in  connection  with its refinancing
arrangement.  The  Finnish  Financial  Supervisory  Authority  has  approved the
listing  prospectus of the bond. The  listing prospectus is available in English
on Elematic Oyj's website at www.elematic.com.

The bond is expected to be admitted to public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd
on or about 29 May 2015.
