Amendments to Orion's Articles of Association entered in the Trade
Register


The amendments made to Sections 9, 10 and 12 of the Articles of
Association of Orion Corporation in accordance with the decisions by
the AGM held on 23 March 2009 have been entered in the Trade
Register. The new Articles of Association are available on the
company's website in the address www.orion.fi/investors. The
decisions of the AGM were published in a Stock Exchange Release of 23
March 2009.
